31st Annual Greater Philadelphia MLK Day of Service: Celebrate the legacy of Dr. King by lending a hand to a service project during the annual community volunteer event, which includes dozens of in-person service projects happening throughout the region, including meal prep and food distribution initiatives, community cleanups, and literacy programs. Temple hosts the event this year, the oldest and largest event of its kind in the country (Monday, January 19, 2026).
